Experienced Bag Operators
Operator must acquire basic skills and knowledge required to run a production line. Job Purpose: To operate extrusion lines, set up jobs to specifications, and to maintain basic quality checks in a safe manner Requirements: Must be able to frequently lift up to 75 lbs., must be able to work 12 hour shifts, and must have at least 2 years of manufacturing experience.

Essential Skills:
- Order Changes: To perform order changes with Group Leader on assigned extrusion lines in a timely and
efficient manner.
- Resins: Must obtain a general knowledge types of resins, colors, and additives.
- Machinery: Learn basic controls on extruder, bag machine and winder.
- Other: Must acquire skills to identify basic film/bag defects
- General: Responsible for daily operations and appearance of assigned extrusion lines.
